- You have 30 days to return an item if you are not satisfied with it. To
obtain a return authorization number, call 417-876-2697.
- The item must be in original condition and packaging and
contain all accessories if any. Once the item is received and checked
in, you will receive a return credit to your credit card on file.
- No refunds will be given on shipping and handling charges.
- We do not accept returns on cut fabric, books or patterns.
- All returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the orders we fill,
however, if you find we have shipped you the wrong item, please call us
as soon as possible and we will gladly correct the mistake.
- Sales tax will be applied to all Missouri customers.
- We take care in how we pack our items, however, if you receive a damaged shipment,
please retain all packing materials and then contact us immediately. We will then
contact the shipping company and issue you the appropriate adjustment, credit or replacement.
- When placing your order, please make sure that your address is correct.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will
have to pay the shipping charges again.
